We take your privacy seriously

We want you to rest assured that our data collection is in line with data protection law. The website riskdossier.com is owned and operated by Intersys Software Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 16101288, with its registered office at Haslers Hawke House, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL ("RiskDossier" or "we"). We are the data controller for this website.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

What data do we collect?

RiskDossier is not yet available and this website does one thing: it lets you register interest. If you do, we collect and process the following personal data:

• The email address you enter
• The date and time you submitted it

As with any website, standard server logs are kept, which include IP addresses, to keep the service running and secure. We do not use those logs for marketing and we do not link them to your email address.

Why do we need to collect and store personal data and what is the lawful basis for processing this data?

We use your email address to send you two emails and nothing else. The first confirms that we have added you to the list. The second tells you when RiskDossier becomes available. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the removal link in either email, which deletes your address from the list, or by emailing privacy@riskdossier.com.

We will not add you to a newsletter, use the address for any other campaign, or profile you. We do not track whether you open our email or click a link in it. There is no automated decision making on this website.

Do we share data with anyone else?

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes, and we will not share your address with anyone who does not need it.

The list sits on infrastructure we run and control ourselves. No third party uses your data or acts on it.

How do we store your data?

Your data is stored securely, and encrypted, in a geographically suitable data centre, typically the UK or EU. Access is limited to named staff at Intersys Software Limited.

How long do we keep it?

Until twelve months after launch, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. If RiskDossier has not launched within twenty-four months of you registering, the list is deleted.

What rights do you have regarding the use of your personal data?

You have the following rights according to the UK GDPR:

• The right to be informed (which is why you can see this privacy notice)
• The right of access (obtaining a copy of your personal data)
• The right to rectification (correcting your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete)
• The right to restrict processing (limiting our use of your personal data)
• The right to data portability (requiring us to move your personal data to another organisation)
• The right to object (objecting to our use of your personal data, including for direct marketing purposes)
• The right to erasure (asking us to delete or remove any personal data held about you)
• Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling (we do neither on this website)

There are some exemptions to these rights, so they may not apply in every scenario. For further information on these rights, please see the Information Commissioner's Office website.

To make a request in relation to any of these rights, or to withdraw your consent, email privacy@riskdossier.com. We are obliged to respond free of charge in most cases and to get back to you no later than one month from your request.

What if I want to complain about the use of my personal data?

We take the issue of data security extremely seriously and are always happy to discuss any concerns you may have regarding our use of your personal data. If you do still have any persisting concerns, you are entitled to either complain to us, which we would prefer you to do in the first instance, or make an official complaint directly to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.

What about cookies?

Cookies are tiny text files that a website stores on your device. This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts.

The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address to serve the font file.
